During my Easter holiday, I had a pretty good hotel experience. The hotel had a great breakfast spread with a wide variety of options. Additionally, the location was very convenient as it was right beside a shopping center with a supermarket and several dining options. The rooms were very spacious with comfortable beds.
There were a few downsides to my stay. The air conditioning system in the rooms was not user-friendly and it took quite a while to cool the room. Also, the hotel did not provide a complete directory of information about the hotel and its amenities. This left me feeling a bit lost and confused about certain features and services.

Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm smile and a refreshing drink. the modern and spotless room exceeded my expectations, equipped with exclusive amenities that made my stay luxurious. the Spa & wellness center had a variety of treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated, and the sauna and steam room offered a peaceful escape. the outdoor swimming pool was perfect for a mid-day refreshment, and the leisure/TV room had comfortable seating for a relaxing evening. the restaurant's high-quality meals and exceptional service were a highlight of the trip.
There was one minor issue with the air conditioning controls not adjusting the room temperature to my liking. Additionally, the location was slightly out of the way, but the convenience of the nearby mall made up for it.

This venue exceeded all our expectations for a luxurious stay. the room was well-equipped with exclusive amenities and we enjoyed the spa centre with its sauna, steam room, and massage services. the outdoor swimming pool and leisure/TV room provided a fun and relaxing break from sightseeing. the restaurant served amazing food and drinks with top-notch service.
The only minor issue we had was with the location, which was a bit far from the city's main tourist spots. this was compensated by the private facilities and magnificent services offered at the hotel.

Had a fantastic Easter break in Qingdao! The hotel was amazing, with great design and modern rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient, making our stay very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet and the wonderful bed in the room. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, cinema, spa, and plaza. Plus, the beautiful views from our room were an added bonus. a great experience and we would definitely stay here again.
The only downside was the interior work in the room, which was not up to the high standard of the hotel. We noticed some paint and stains on the tiles and iron frame, which detracted from the overall experience.

The staff, especially Edison and Jackie, were outstanding and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the workout facility and the spa. I even got the best massage I've ever had! Additionally, the location was ideal, as it was near a shopping mall and within walking distance of some major sports arenas.

I was amazed by the stunning design of the hotel and the luxurious rooms. The full-width wrap-around windows on the 15th floor provided breathtaking panoramic views of Laoshan mountain and the sports stadium. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful, reminding me of the top-notch service at EAST hotel or The Opposite House in Beijing. The dinner buffet offered a great selection of Western and Chinese dishes, and the a la carte lunch was outstanding, especially the pasta options. The hotel's location next to Thumb Plaza Mall made it convenient for shopping and dining. Moreover, the hotel's kid-friendly atmosphere with Wii games ensured that my children were entertained while my partner and I enjoyed a glass of wine with dinner.

The hotel was new and clean, which was a definite plus. the staff was friendly and eager to please. the breakfast every day had a lot of options to choose from and was nicely prepared. the hotel was in a good location and it was easy to catch a taxi or call a ride, sharing service. We also appreciated the free Wi, Fi in the room and lobby.
Our romantic escape was not perfect. the bed was very hard and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

During my stay at the hotel, the staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. They called a nearby hospital and arranged transportation for my daughter when she had an accident. The rooms were comfortable and the dinner buffet was delicious and affordable. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the hospital and nearby attractions like the beach.
The lighting in the hotel was quite dim, which made it difficult to navigate certain areas.
